Meet Keith, one of our STRC clients. Keith was having trouble performing daily tasks around the house. His different medical conditions meant that he had a lack of energy and focus. After assessing Keith’s situation, our exercise physiologists began to work with Keith to build his resilience and confidence. Massive improvements were made as the program was completed which resulted in Keith moving back home.
