Personal Health & Wellness Philosophy

Being “fit” or “healthy” does not mean going to the gym for hours, eating no carbs or restricting myself of the things I like. My philosophy is that we should celebrate being able to move our bodies freely, independently, and readily whilst also fuelling them with the foods we enjoy.
