Areas of Expertise

If you buy a sick plant you cannot "fix" that plant. But you can give it the right conditions to help it thrive again - the right amount of water, sun and good soil with added nutrients. It will then do the rest. You are like a plant and my expertise is knowing what the right conditions are for you to thrive.

Adults 65 years and over should engage in 150 minutes of moderate, or 75 minutes of vigorous intensity aerobic activity AND 2 or more days of muscle strengthening and balance training. Do you?

How do you stay active?

I live in a high-set house so walk stairs at least 50 times a day! I garden & mow the grass. I ride my bike to the gym 5 days a week & walk to the shops instead of driving.
