Adrianna Marshall | Qualifications Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology – 2019. What is your personal fitness philosophy? My personal fitness philosophy is that being “fit” does not mean going to the gym for hours on end or going on a crazy run. To me, being “fit” is about enjoying being able to move your body independently and not feeling the pressure to perform. Playing a team sport, going for a walk with my friends or giving a new activity a crack is my favourite way to exercise! What are your areas of expertise? My areas of interest (and I guess you could say expertise!) include neurological conditions and the processes that underpin the effectiveness of exercise. I have worked with clients with a range of neurological conditions including spinal cord injuries, stroke, traumatic brain injuries, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinsons Disease, Guillain-Barre Syndrome to name a few. |
