Registered Nurse Coordinator – HomeCare/STRC

BallyCara is an innovative Aged Care service provider that requires a Registered Nurse Coordinator (Full-Time/Part-Time) to join the Health and Wellness Team to service the Cabool Region. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about working with Older Adults and providing services to inspire healthy and happy living.

A bit about the Role

  • Experienced in case management and client assessments
  • Have previous experience in design and monitoring budgets
  • Proficient in client databases and standard software
  • Be an experienced Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Aged Care system
  • Evidential commitment of your passion & dedication to our customers
  • Naturally compassionate, caring and supportive
  • A Current First Aid / CPR Certificate
  • Hold a current open Drivers Licence
  • Be willing to travel throughout the Cabool Aged Care Region
  • Hold a current police check or be willing to submit an application through BallyCara prior to commencing
