We have a range of wellness classes and therapy opportunities available on and off site including Group Exercise classes, Circuit classes, 1-1 Exercise Physiologist sessions, Hydrotherapy, and more! Our Nerang space is located within walking distance of cafes where you can relax before or after your classes.
